 Return and Refund Policy

At mewant.fr, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer a transparent return policy.

1. Return Period You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. For customers residing in the European Union, you also benefit from the legal right of withdrawal of 14 days without giving any reason.

2. Return Conditions To be eligible, the item must be in the condition in which you received it:

Unworn and unused.

With all original tags.

In its original packaging.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Return Procedure and Return Address To initiate a return, you must contact us at info@mewant.fr. Once your request is approved, you will need to send your package to the following address:

Note: Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.

5. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at info@mewant.fr so we can resolve the issue (replacement or refund at our expense).

6. Non-returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned:

Personalized or custom-made products.

Perishable goods (food, flowers).

Personal care or hygiene products.

Hazardous materials or flammable liquids.

Gift cards and promotional items (Final Sale).

7. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


Processing Time: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
