Q: What is the shipping time?
A: Standard shipping: about 15 business days.
Express shipping: about 7 business days.
Q: Why haven't I received any updates on my order?
A: Please check your inbox and junk/spam folder. We may be waiting for your confirmation regarding steering wheel dimensions or other order details.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: As all our products are custom-made, returns are generally not accepted. However, if you receive an incorrect pattern, we will accept a return within 15 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in new condition, and in their original packaging.

Q: How can I confirm if the item fits my model?
A: If your steering wheel's shape matches the photos shown in the listing, it will fit your model. Please disregard the year range as it may be incomplete or not fully updated.
Q: Why does the price increase to 80 euros or more during checkout?
A: The base price is 55 euros for the full faux leather option. The total price increases when premium materials (such as Alcantara or genuine leather) are selected.
Q: Is the steering wheel cover compatible with the original steering wheel heating?
A: Yes. The steering wheel cover is compatible with the original heating function. However, the heating responsiveness may be slightly slower due to the additional thickness.
Q: How do I install the steering wheel cover? Is it too difficult?
A: Installation is not difficult, but it requires time and patience. We recommend watching our instructional video to assess the difficulty level.
Q: Do I need to remove the original leather before installing the new steering wheel cover?
A: No. Our product is designed to be sewn directly over the original leather. Removing the original leather could prevent the new steering wheel cover from fitting properly.
Q: Will the steering wheel cover make my steering wheel too thick?
A: No. Our steering wheel cover is only about 1.4mm thick.
Q: What is the warranty period?
A: We offer a 2-year warranty. A replacement will be provided if the material peels due to non-human causes.
Q: Can it be installed without removing the airbag?
A: Yes, the steering wheel cover can be installed without removing the airbag or the original steering wheel leather, as it is designed for hand-sewing installation.
Q: Is the installation process complicated?
A: Installation is quite simple if you have average DIY skills. It takes about 45 minutes, but THE RESULT IS WORTH IT!
Q: Should I use double-sided tape?
A: For new steering wheels, it's not mandatory. For older steering wheels, we strongly advise using it for better adhesion.
